Canmore co-host has been managing our property in Canmore for the last 5 months. Throughout that time, they have guided us through our initial set up, built our listing and smoothly rented out our property. They helped us budget very realistically for what we were in for. Working with them has been nothing but transparent and smooth. The owner/operator has been very thorough and helpful throughout the process, always takes time to answer your questions or concerns. Can’t say enough good things about the way this company operates. We only have 5 star reviews on our property and I think that reflects the high standards of cleanliness and incredible responsiveness that Canmore co-host holds themselves to. Exceeding my expectation on every level!!! I have been in a real estate for 25 years and I’ve worked with the number of property managers; I do have other unit units in different locations; I only regret was not buying additional properties in Canmore and having your team manage them!
