We’ve been especially impressed with the rigour in their approach to ensure that nothing is overlooked, our place is always set up for a successful stay, and any surprises are dealt with quickly. Charlie has an energy and passion for this business that is inspiring and he was a great support and advisor to us as we prepared to enter the rental market. He, Yuki and the team always have the satisfaction of our guests as top priority, and we don’t need to worry about anything to do with our rental because we know they have it covered.
